    I certainly am not defending Gruden, but I would've taken a flyer on one of the best receivers in football. I had no idea he was such a headcase.

    A bit to be sure, but this is next level stuff.

    I was thinking a call to Mike Tomlin would have done the trick but Tomlin would have been in "shop him" mode by then.
    Gruden should have done his homework.

    Brown is an idiot diva.

    Watching Hard Knocks last night, which is a couple days behind due to production, I was really struck by how unfocussed AB was during the pre-season game against the Cardinals.

    Yeah, it's just pre-season. Yeah, he wasn't in the game. But geez. Dude was totally a distraction to other team-mates, and not paying attention at all. And I'm not even talking about the helmet issue.
