Eric Reid is more on par with Darian Stewart as a Broncos comparison.

Btw, get used to it Vikings fans, when you let Kubiak pick the players it's easier to score an 80 yard rushing TD than it is a redzone rushing TD.

That's a subtle but HUGE distinction most people don't get--seemingly including most NFL players. There's all the difference in the world between inflicting pain and INJURY.
In the SB, Brooks wasn't so much "going down" as "laying out for the ball" and Atwater was already committed to the hit. Even so, notice how he turns those rickety shoulders to lead with one of them rather than his helmet? It was a brutal hit, but you can't just back off Favre deep to Brooks at the end of a SB while nursing a single-TD lead.
It was also "a different era," as the kids keep telling me; remember that Ed McCaffrey block to get Howard Griffith inside the 10 on the game-winning TD? That was a pure blindside block, so illegal as of this year.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. —Jaded

The skycam angle they are using for this Titans Steelers game is an abomination.
Watching Kelly and the Cots against the Bengals right now.
And Kelly is intercepted. Not a good start for him.
wish i could watch that game.
stuck watching Panthers and Steelers
