Ending was great and foretold in Ep1 S8.

I’ve watched two seasons of the wire and a couple episodes of season 3. Season one was outstanding.

I kind of see The Wire as the greatest of them all, and up against some tough competition, too!

I've only seen the first few eps of the Sopranos and I know the pop culture phenomenon that is its ending and think I would have loved the ending.

Mad Men is still the best of all the shows.

Ian McShane is brilliant, as always. Olyphant is good. Writing is solid. After binging 7 episodes, though, I’m left wondering what everyone wants. For example, the portrayal of Calamity Jane. What does she want? What is her purpose? Am I missing something?

I liked the ending of Sopranos. That last scene was what the whole series is about.

Much like the ending of "No Country for Old Men", it was real.

In other words, it was perfect.

It was pretentious and faux-intellectual. Reading the moron's recap of it was laughably bad. That moron being the guy who wrote that garbage.

You're a good man with a big heart.

Occam's Razor, Mo. Calamity Jane wants whiskey. And more whiskey. And more after that. She mostly wants Wild Bill to come back, but thats out of the question so she'll have to settle for booze

Also, in the first season she says that that Dan Dority scared her (paraphrasing) "so bad, I haven't been scared that bad since I was little."

Her character was apparently abused/assaulted, and she puts up a front to ward off any other attacks. She wants to scare away others before she is scared herself.
