ESPN 7-Round Mock Jordan Reid 4-10-22:
Broncos picks:
2-64 (from Rams): Bernhard Raimann, OT, Central Michigan
My response: "Definitely, definitely goes much higher. K-Mart sucks."There's a chance Raimann goes much high than here, but I see him more as a Day 2 pick. In this situation, he'd get a chance to compete immediately at right tackle.
3-75: Chad Muma, LB, Wyoming
My response: "Love these Rocky Mountain kids who don't need to adapt to the altitude."Even though the Broncos brought back Josey Jewell and signed Alex Singleton to a one-year deal, that shouldn't stop general manager George Paton from finding depth at the second level. Muma is an instinctive linebacker who is a ball-location magnet against the run. He had 125 tackles last season.
3-96 (from Rams): Nik Bonitto, DE/OLB Oklahoma
My response: "Nobody's going to be a low-round tweener the way Karl Mecklenberg did it. Good luck to that."The Broncos could get a steal in Bonitto, who could develop into an asset off the edge in a multiple-front defense.
4-115: Joshua Williams, CB, Fayetteville St.
My response: "Never knew the school existed, much less played football. Is this what the University of Arkansas is calling itself now?"
4-116 (from SEA): Tyler Algeier, RB, BYU
My response: "Again, mountain kids. Gotta love 'em"
5-145 (from DET): Alontae Taylor, CB/S, Tennessee
My response: "Had plenty of experience getting burned by great SEC wideouts."
5-152: Yusuf Corker, S, Kentucky
My response: "See Taylor above. Seriously, with a name like that, he's probably a tough kid."
6-206 (from TAM, NYJ and PHI): Jean Delance, OT, Florida
My response: "Another SEC kid. That means he was good...once."
7-232: Dane Belton, S, Iowa
My response: "With a name like that, I hope he's a strong safety - a big hitter."
So what's your grade here? Not picking until the end of the second, I like the first two picks but most of others, frankly, I know very little about. I'd say C+
Need to find a map to locate Fayetteville St.
(Later: Found it! It's in Fayetteville, NC, an HBCU near Fort Bragg.)

I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
Seriously, wouldn't you love to hear the PA announcer at Mile High someday saying "Tackled by Belton and Corker"..
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
I would be ecstatic if it fell out this way.

I do not see Muma hype very much at all. I see a worse player than josey jewell. I see a 5th rounder or so.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
Lol it’s beyond obvious there’s a difference between jewell and muma smh the speed alone pops as a major difference
Mock draft time, bitches!
