I love the PFF mock draft simulator because you can trade Adam Trautman for a 5th round pick and Speedbump Forsyth for a 6th round pick.

Plus, I get the added pleasure of getting a D- grade for drafting Shavon Revel over some white stiff WR from SMU.

    Draft
1st round— Shemar Stewart 5-T (Best talent in the draft)
2nd round— Shavon Revel CB (1st round prospect before knee injury)
    3rd round— Savion Williams WR
    4th round— Charles Grant LT
    6th round— Vernon Broughton 3-T
    6th round— Tyler Shough QB
    6th round— Dont’e Thornton WR

    20: R1 P20 DL Shemar Stewart - Texas A&M
    51: R2 P19 CB Maxwell Hairston - Kentucky
    63: R2 P31 WR Savion Williams - TCU
    66: R3 P2 TE Mason Taylor - LSU
    93: R3 P29 WR Dont'e Thornton - Tennessee
    112: R4 P10 RB Bhayshul Tuten - Virginia Tech
    122: R4 P20 WR Isaiah Neyor - Nebraska
    147: R5 P9 RB Trevor Etienne - Georgia
    190: R6 P14 DL Yahya Black - Iowa
    191: R6 P15 OT Hollin Pierce - Rutgers
    197: R6 P21 DL Vernon Broughton - Texas
    208: R6 P32 P Jeremy Crawshaw - Florida

Whoever “Colorado Girl” is on Fanspeak . . . She has a pretty good board. She just has Shemar Stewart (and Donte Thornton) way too low, he won’t even make it to 20.

Yahya Black is a one-dimensional run stopper with character red flags . . . everything I look for in a NT.

By the way I simulated trades for Sutton, Trautman and Speedbump that PFF Draft simulator allowed. That’s why there’s so many picks.

In my opinion, the # 1 priority is the CB. I am not sold on CB Riley Moss. The Broncos need an outstanding CB.

Went with the Buffalo Fanbase Board, it seemed to be the most accurate? Even then, Ward still didn't go in the 1st round. Gave it shot anyway..

(RD1) #20 DT Walter Nolan (My personal top choice)
(RD2) #51CB Shavon Revel Jr. (Too good to pass up here)
(Rd3) #85 RB Dylan Sampson (Payton's 'Alvin Kamara'?)
(RD4) #122 TE Terrance Ferguson (Engram will be 31yrs old when the season starts, and he's only on a 2yr deal)
(RD6) #191 WR Nick Nash (Sutton isn't getting any younger, Nash is a carbon copy)
(RD6) #197 DT JJ Pegues (HTF is he still on the board?)
(RD6) #208 LB Jackson Woodard (Sleeper pick, big fan)

Pretty close to my dream draft.
    Nolan
    Sampson
    Nash
    Pegues
Woodard, are all guys i would love to see as draft picks.

Pegues struggled at combine, he was supposed to test through the roof but came in light and ran poorly.

I would think he fits the 1 1/2 gap defense VJ runs but I think Jim Leonhard is DC In-waiting. I don’t think 6-0/290lb NT’s fit his style of 3-4, I don’t think Bonitto fits either. If you’re drafting for the future I don’t think Pegues fits, however, he does offer some “Joker” versatility, iirc he’s been used as a blocker/TE on offense for Miss.

I’m surprised VJ didn’t fall on the sword after the way the ‘24 season ended (scapegoated for a piss poor cold weather offense) but I think he’s going to be a free agent and a hot DC commodity in January ‘26.

    https://draftscout.com/dsprofile.php...DraftYear=2025

He was expected to run 4.8’s at 320lbs, that’s his previous Pro Day numbers so maybe he’ll redeem himself on the 28th.

27” vert? Ouch . . . Totally off of the previous expectations.

I believe Pegues was only 280lbs when he ran the 4.8. That's when he was a 4* TE. Expecting him to run the same 40 with nearly 29 more pounds on him (309lbs at the combine) seems like an unfair expectation. That would be pretty impressive not to lose a step.

Bad measurables are worth noting, but realistically only concerning if it shows up on gameday/tape.

It depends on where he goes. If you can get him in a later round, I'd certainly give it a shot. Have you guys seen the clips of him running those short yardage plays? Jesus H. Christ, a 300 pound dude just absolutely trucking fools, I freakin' love it. I'd draft him just to run the Brotherly Shove. Dude is shockingly nimble for his size, he's got solid running form-- got the forward body lean, great pad level, all of it. Put him in the wild cat a couple times a game and just blast the hell out of people, lol. And you know he'd make a nasty short yardage/goal line fullback. Cut Michael Burton's sorry ass and save a roster spot!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Jaded, (and others who know Oline) I’m wondering what your thoughts are on Tate Ratledge OG, Georgia? The guy scored 9.98/10 on his measurables and was a 3 year starter at UGA. 6’6” 308 lbs at the combine. He seems to be getting zero buzz and seems like a really talented OG that nobody is talking about. Is this a case of flying under the radar or looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane? He’s a guy I wouldn’t hate taking in round 2 and showing Powers his walking papers if he’s a good as he looks on paper.

    20: R1 P20 TE Tyler Warren - Penn State
    51: R2 P19 OT Aireontae Ersery - Minnesota
    85: R3 P21 DL T.J. Sanders - South Carolina
    122: R4 P20 RB Bhayshul Tuten - Virginia Tech
    191: R6 P15 CB BJ Adams - UCF
    197: R6 P21 WR Ricky White III - UNLV
    208: R6 P32 RB Raheim Sanders - South Carolina

First one I've run in a minute where Warren was there at 20. Their most recently updated big board seems a little funky.

Yeah, I obviously had him confused with another prospect in that regard. Dude would be a great fit as a 5-tech end in the base. He's officially my favorite pick at #20, especially if Jeanty and Warren are off the board as expected.
