I don't want to over-invest in the defense. Yes, you can do that. Ask the Patriots, Steelers of the 90's, and Kerry Collins/Tennessee about it. That said...Kinlaw at 15 is absurd. He's as talented as Suh, just not as hyped. Ya dig?
the rest of the picks are fine. If I had to defend the Hurts pick, it's that he's more talented than Daniel Jones, who was a first rounder two years ago. He's more talented than Kirk Cousins, Andy Dalton, Jimmy Garrappollo QB that is en vogue now. At his best he is a rich man's Jeff Garcia. Which is a nicer way of saying he's a poor man's Drew Brees, so long as you recall how good Garcia *actually* was in San Francisco.
It's fine to develop a young QB, even if you have a young QB as your QB...word.
