    MS, there is a band called Murder by Death (not death metal don't let the name fool you) they do a series of concerts every year around new years at the Stanley hotel. Concert goers are urged to dress in sort of roaring 20's high class attire and they recreate the final ballroom picture from the Shining after every show. The wife and I have been twice. It is an absolute blast. I think it would be something you'd enjoy.
