Versatile and can tackle, which Fangio specifically emphasized in DBs.

What exactly were you expecting with our cap space? He was one of the better DBs available - need DB and an OL desperately -- not a lot of wiggle room to get cute at other positions. Solid addition if not super glamorous.

I wanted Mosley. Vic needs LBers. Jewell, Davis and some other dude, blah.

    Like it.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

"big splashes" are fools gold. You need good players/good value.

This is a good start. I've always thought Kareem was a solid player.

Raiders made a subpar OT the highest paid ever at the position and paid big for a diva WR over the age of 30. I'm fine with our patience.

    .
Mosley is a 4 time all pro luxury we can't afford when there are teams with $80 and $100 million of space and we're sitting there with $35 and gaping holes at DB and OL. But that would have been pretty sweet - I'll give you that.

Yes, I knew it was out when other lb signed the big deal. I'm not upset with the pick and don't not like the cb/s, but Vic's system seems to be run around fast lbers and we're already behind the 8 ball.

It's like us with Leary. It looks good walking off the bus, then two years later you have no good way to get out from under a bad contact for a player that underperformed.

They traded away one of the NFLs best defensive players, a very young talented WR and got a diva in return.

We've signed the CB, looking at the OT

Does this mean the draft is between White and Lock, whichever may be available?

The talking heads say he was the #5 rated CB last season. Harris was #4. He rarely misses time. I'll allow it

If the word that tackling is mandatory for Fangio is true...he was never on the table
