    Ah no he didn't.

He outplayed Lynch in camp to win the back up quarterback slot but he didn't outplay Keenum in camp.

Flacco. I don't really want a guy who is so easily defeated by a vacuum hose.

1 reporter said he did, so the fact that a dozen or so said that he didn't is irreverent to Shane.

Ive always maintained that is Kelly could have kept his off the field issues in check i would have liked to see what he could do. Problem is, he just isnt reliable and trust worthy enough to want on this team. I firmly believe he would have been given a chance to start had he not gone nuts and start walking in random people's houses. With all that said i think we will be fine with Joe until we can find a future QB for this team. Kelly had his chance and blew it sadly.

Sloter woulda been better pining for at this point as opposed to Kelly.

Jesus. This is Joe Flaccos team now. Move the F on already.

Do you suppose they’ll allow supervised release from the rehab place?
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

He showed some promise and given the opportunity he won the back up quarterback job. However, Shane seems to be under the impression that the starter position was open and that just isn't accurate. He played better than Lynch but not anywhere near well enough beat out Keenum. It's not like Keenum was great in camp but he was better than the other two and that's not saying much.

i went to camp. he 100% outplayed Keesum and it wasnt even close.

Then he proceeded to do the same in the preseason.

you dont need to lie to yourself.

Nobody wants to watch Joe Flukko. Not even Joe Flukko wants to watch Joe Flukko.

Kelly, but his five cent brain prevented that from being a possibility.

Don't worry Shane, I'm sure we'll draft some other scrub QB in the 7th round this year that you can develop a crush on.
