We have about $14 mil to play with. Reports are we have $22mil+ but draftees will cost @ $8 mil. That's 1 more damn good player or 2 solid pieces.

If we could land the Redskin LB and a cheap OG, I'd be much more comfortable about the draft.

I would like 1 more damn good player but they are all gone. Who else is out there?

How about Jordy Nelson on a cheap 1 year deal? He’s a vet and besides Sanders who else do we have that’s solid?

I believe that, especially with Flacco. Some might disagree but he is an upgrade over Keenum. I would just like one more vet WR for cheap to mentor them and be a solid backup. Just an insurance policy. Not saying bring in a vet WR to be a starter.

    My current FA wish list:

Jernigan, DT, Philly...need 1 more body inside and came back fine from his injury
Dennard, CB, Cincy...Fangio says you can never have too many CBs
    Callahan, CB, Chicago...see Dennard
Brown, LB, Washington...soild piece in the middle
Barron, LB, LA Rams...great in coverage as a LB for some packages.
Lang, OG, Detroit...if he doesn't retire, he is a HUGE upgrade at OG

Every time someone posts something about Callahan, it reminds me of the movie "Draft Day".

Tannehill traded to the Titans (don't understand the move for the Titans)...

Dolphins gonna trade up and snatch a QB ahead of us. Wonder if they go all the way to #1 for Kyler - there were reports that their whole coaching staff stayed behind after his pro day to work him out personally.

I’m not even sure if there’s a QB on that roster currently so they’re definitely taking someone

I kind of get this for the Titans. They’re only paying him 7 million, he can be a decent backup and Mariotta is always hurt

That makes a lot of sense then - I thought he was still getting starter money, but I think he'd be a good backup and has a similar playing style to Mariotta as well. Never liked him as a starter though.

I still can't get over the time on NFL Hard Knocks when he couldn't name teams in other divisions.

Certainly possible. The GM basically came out and said they were tanking. But Bridgewater and Taylor signed elsewhere so who’s going to QB if not a draft pick? I actually had to Google their roster to find out that Luke Falk and Jake Rudock are the only ones they currently have
