I know that's what you said. I was reiterating that point. Yuli's foot was on the bag though, if I remember correctly. He was fully extended, but he was on the bag. When the ball got to him, so did Turner, and when Turner made contact with Yuli it knocked his glove off and prevented him from making the play. Whether he would've made the out if he wasn't interfered with is neither here nor there and not a part of the rule. The base line is irrelevant in this play.
