I like that dude. This guy in my fantasy league is a baseball nerd like Mo so I always take his advice. He has high praise for Merrifield years ago so I got him.

He’s great for average and stolen bases, which are two categories that fantasy owners can struggle to find in the current baseball climate.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Also, the league is deep af. At least 20 teams.

    Sounds like a fun league.

Altuve is incredible. He's on a freaking tear right now. Must be trying to make up for last season! Was really glad to see Yuli get his first homer of the season. Miley sucks.

Great. We get Verlander tonight. 538 has the game at 63% 'Strohs. Maybe King Felix will find that old magic...but I'm not holding my breath.

    Well...Astros...

JV was lights out yesterday. Best game he's pitched this season IMO...even better than the matchup against Snell on opening day.

Yeah, Felix wasn't too awful but the M's had nothing for Verlander.

Buenos Diaz, Mariner fans! Astros up to ninth straight wins. From 2-5 to 11-5 while Altuve slams six homers in five games.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

I can live with that sweep. Astros are supposed to be good. Mariners are not. If anything, it reinforces the idea that the M's are closer to a 85 win wild card hopeful than the sub-500 dog before the season started. Long ways to go of course, but I'm going to put some popcorn in the microwave if you know what I mean.

I think the Mariners have a better team than Oakland after watching them both over the last week. The A's have slightly better pitching than Seattle, but Seattle's bats might be enough to make up for the pitching if they can stay consistent. I don't see why 90 wins wouldn't get them in to the WC spot with the way the season has started in the AL. Yes, I know, it's a long season.

I’m pretty happy he’s on my fantasy team. Can’t wait to barely finish 2nd to Mo again.
