I've said I would be OK with Lock if we don't move up for him. That's said...a LOT of talent going after us in this mock. Would be hard not to trade back a few and try to get any 2 of QB, LB or CB
I'd be perfectly fine with that pick, I think. I will be good with Elway trying to fill the holes we have, and QB is the biggest need I see.
I just noticed the second round. I'd be pretty upset if we grabbed the Temple CB over a Bama LB
Why? CB is a bigger need for our team, the temple CB is being touted by the scouting community and moving up boards quickly. CB is also a more valued position then ILB. I hate what Marshall brings at ILB, but I'm more worried about CB then ILB for this team.....Don't get me wrong I would be stoked if we took someone like Devin white in rd. 1 however lol

Stand pat for me although im not sure if Murray will be a first rounder.
If he gets drafted first round I will be shocked.....There is the legit concern about his height, but there are big concerns about the scheme you can run with him, and who can be his back-up etc. There are even bigger concerns now about whether he is dedicated to football or simply trying to create leverage with the A's, his baseball agent is Scott Boras after all lol. Matt miller reported a few days ago that some GM's and NFL personnel aren't happy with what Murray is doing right now. Apparently he doesn't even have a NFL agent, and he is being very coy about whether he will have a pro day, throw at the combine, participate in winter workouts, spring training etc...His interview with Dan Patrick the other day was awkward as hell, and really showed me he isn't committed to football yet. I don't want anything to do with that kid at all right now as the leader of my franchise. If I'm a GM I take a flier on him in rd. 3 if he is there and see what happens. Otherwise I pass

Based on this mock, Lock is a lock if he's John's guy but how will they know he'll be there? I could live with Devin White but the OL seriously needs some better guys up front and they can't draft more Schofields. Non-plussed with this draft after the first round.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
I'm also a fan of the Kansas State Olineman.
Stand pat.
Also, if you’re going to trade then I believe it’s best to be proactive. The Jets traded early and basically it handcuffed everyone else.
"Oh I’m sorry, did I break your concentration?”
