All of them. They just don't know it yet. Realistically, the Raiders, Giants and Jaguars are most likely to actually take a QB but none of them are in "must draft" mode if there's no "franchise QB" and I'm not seeing any out there to draft.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

Tampa has stated they are sticking with Jameis Winston next season.

They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard

AZ- probably not, but Kingsbury does seem infatuated with Murray. They likely stick with Rosen though

SF- They have Jimmy G, so no QB for them.

NYJ- Just drafted Darnold, so nope

OAK- This one is a maybe. Gruden and Carr don't seem crazy about each other, so it could happen.

TB- Seems like they are sticking with Jameis, so I don't see them taking a QB

NYG- Manning is just about done, so it seems pretty likely they'll be looking to nab a QB

JAX- Slam dunk here. I could see them trading the farm to go up and get one.

DET- Stafford isn't getting any younger and there have been whispers of moving him, but I don't think they do it this year

BUF- Just drafted Allen, so no.

So of the 9 teams ahead of us, that's one definite yes, one likely, and a couple of maybes.

Giants are the most likely to draft one, IMO. My guess is that the Jaguars are still in "win now" mode with their defense and will make a play for Flacco or Foles in the hopes of having a quick turnaround. They might still want to draft someone, but if their mindset is to win, they'll want a player who can help them now.

Plus teams could still jump ahead of us so there's no guarantees. We're in a pretty good spot if we want a QB, though, and I think we do.

Several mocks have had NYG and Jax picking QBs. Prior to all the "Elway loves Lock" articles, the QBs picked by them were not Lock. I haven't looked at any mocks in the last week or so.

It's the skins, dolphins, and a few other teams right behind us we have to worry about trading up.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I don't understand the weight put on mock drafts. Seems to me that it's a bunch of people with no association with any of the front offices assuming they know what's going on in the front office.

I think it would be fun to see just how accurate mock drafts are. Perhaps someone could come up with a ranking system for all the mock draft crowed, something like QBR maybe?

Doesn't matter. We'll have Ryan Tannehill anyway.

NFLN has the Broncos taking Devin White, so I'm good with their mock draft.

But to be honest...I'd rather Tannehill on a 1 or 2 year deal as opposed to trotting Keenum out there again.

Who's a QB you'd take with your 2nd, or is there a QB worth taking in the 2nd over the BPA at a need?

Well...the QB's worth taking in the 2nd will all be taken in the 1st...so...I'd wait for a project in a later round and go BPA. There is some nice depth at the positions we need.
