I will say this, the Pats may have won the SB but you totally won this thread. My god you had some great stuff in here.

BTW...a conspiracy theorist would say Brady does retire now that his titles have come full circle vs their first opponent.

I had a big crowd watching the game at my house and the place exploded when Gronk caught the seam pass on the goal line and with Gilmore's interception just like it exploded at all of your Super Bowl parties as well.

The offense only scores 13 points and they give MVP to Edelman but the D only gave up 3 points and Gilmore had forced a fumble, a int, 3 PBUs and 5 Tackles!?! Smh no respect for the masterpiece on Defense!

Thanks to MasterShake for my great signature

So i am watching the 2nd half of the SB last night and had not realized that Brandon Cooks had dropped a sure TD right before the Gilmore INT. Dude, you HAVE to catch that. That was a huge drop as that pass was right on the money, you cant give Goff shit when his receivers are dropping those kinds of pases.

I thought I would feel worse about this game today, especially having to go to work with a bunch of pats fans, but the game was so historically bad I feel like that kinda overshadowed the pats winning, and kinda makes this title feel less impressive.

I prefer to think of it that the Patriots defense was so historically great.

For them to be considered a historically great D, they need to do a historically great feat, like shoving a great big chuck of green kryptonite down "Superman's" throat
