Well if he is healthy its not that bad......he was beasting before injury.....we could have used the cap savings but we still would have had to look at a vet around the 3-5 mil per year range if we wanted a avg guy.....so I get why were doing it.....but I also would have been fine moving on.....never been a fan of the diva type WR and sanders has that in him a bit. I feel that if he hadn’t played with Peyton it would be worse.....

Have you heard anything as to when Sanders expected back? I've looked but have not found any kind of estimation as when the team thinks he will be ready to play.

Average recovery for that injury is 6-8 months. So theoretically, he could be ready by camp, more likely right at the beginning of the season. With a brand new QB, it'd be really nice if he could be back by camp to develop a rhythm with him, but that's not real likely.

able to play is one thing. . . gotta see if he gets his full explosiveness back, though. . . it's obviously critical to his game. . .

personally, the WR corps is way down on my list of concerns. . . doesn't mean i wouldn't prefer to add a vet, but i don't really see it as a priority. . . you can win super bowls with guys like golden tate and doug baldwin if you're strong in more critical areas. . . give sutton-patrick-hamilton another year to develop, and i honestly think we'll be fine there. . . could really use an impact TE, clearly. . . i could even wait another year there, though, if they want a chance to sift through the odds and ends on hand in the new scheme, and see if they can make something out of 'em. . . QB's unquestionably at the top of the list, whether it's this year or next, or a combination of both. . . but for me, my must-haves list for this off-season starts with another quality corner, and a long-term answer at right tackle. . . followed by an inside LB who can do the things fangio wants from the position, another useful piece on the interior OL, and potentially another body at safety. . . would also be nice to take advantage of the depth on the D-line this year-- we could use another guy in the wings, given wolfe's age and injury history, and walker's ineffectiveness. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I'll be honest calling Big Ben "Fat Brock Osweiler" almost makes me want this guy on the team just for that and that alone

I don't care how starved at QB we are....I'd rather suffer through mediocrity than allow Ben Rapistburger near this team.... Screw that cancerous dooosh

Even if you throw that out the window, he's a grade a doosh to his teammates, it's well documented and talked about, even Sanders spoke poorly over him when he came over here... He's an inconsistent fat basturd and massively overrated.

I live near some cops who have "unofficial" first hand knowledge of the Georgia incident. Tapes were erased. Police officers were fired and suspended.
