Default Our number 10 overall for Josh Rosen and a pick?

Say they throw in a 5th. They get essentially equal value and an easy out for Kingsbury.

Rosen fits nothing that Kliff wants to implement and long prior to signing with the Cards Kingsbury was raving about Murray and stated he wouldnt hesitate to take Murray number 1 overall if he had the pick.

I so want Denver to actually get a home grown QB and not through FA or trades

He's a second year player. There is literally no difference between trading a pick for him or drafting a guy this year. We basically have a rookie either way.

I don’t think Kingsbury, especially knowing his background, takes that job without wanting to work with Rosen.

It would be kind of dumb to try and trade a first round pick without even seeing if can work with that player. That is like McD kind of dumb.

He did say he wanted to take Murray number one, though.

I, for one, would love to have Rosen on this team.

    Yikes. That’s a red flag.

That was the basis for the thread. I think at 10 or most likely to the third option out of the top three quarterbacks. So again we're in a position where we don't necessarily get the guy that we want. I would be pretty happy with any of the top three. But as much as I was against Rosen last year I have to admit that he played pretty well this year for the cards given all their problems with offensive line

No thanks on Rosen. If this team thought Rosen was a franchise QB, they would have selected him. It's also entirely probable that the Broncos had a 2nd or 3rd round grade on him last year, considering they almost traded back with Buffalo knowing that Allen or Rosen was going to be selected. There is 0% chance of this happening, and on top of that, it would be a terrible idea.

Denver had the chance to draft Rosen and passed. Why would they do a 180 on player they passed on just one year ago?
