If it was 2 players engaging, why did only 1 get the talk?

When other players are substantiating it, hard not to believe.

Doesn't really matter anymore, just more indication that Fangio didn't know what the hell he was doing and he was a douche who didn't connect with players.

I always thought it was a little odd we couldn't make it work with Cravens. Seemed like he would be a perfect fit for a team like ours. the fact that the only dude that could shut down Von Miller was Vic was all I needed to know about him. Bad hire. Glad he is gone.

I tried my best to like Vic. I think I described him before as that uncle you're kind of afraid of to be around (I had at lease one of those who was ALWAYS grumpy and highly critical), and Hackett is the one that's fun to have a beer with (who I also had one of)!

Both were very successful in their own right, but I'd much prefer to be around only one of them.

Same old story. Great coordinator but zero idea how to be a head coach.
Concept isn’t unique to football, I see it in my office all the time, great trial attorney but complete douche when it comes to personnel and managing people.

I think this is the core of it. He couldn't manage multiple personalities (and let's be frank, NFL personalities are HUGE) managing all the expectations of a head coach, plus the necessities from those above him, etc.
