“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Wow, both of them surprise me. We swapped picks (moving from 5th round to 6th) to get Watson, so I figured he would stick, and I really thought Kerr was going to be in the rotation on the line. Hopefully, as Klis indicates, that's a sign of the DL depth and not just that Kerr wasn't performing.

Having said this, the Broncos also saved $3 million cash by releasing the two vets -- $1.5 million for Kerr, $1.5 million for Watson. #9sports

In Elway moves today (releasing Kerr despite $600K SB, Watson despite trading back one round) thought about his comment on Pat Bowlen.
"He ran team with his heart, not his pocketbook,'' Elway said after Mr. B passed in June.
    Elway following Bowlen's blueprint. #9sports

Broncos brought back Dekoda Watson during 2019 draft by swapping their 5th-round pick for SF's 6th-round pick. Watson is 31, trying to make it for 10th NFL season. Malik Reed/Justin Hollins are both 23-year-old rookies.
Teams are always looking to get younger. #9sports

The emergence of undrafted rookie Malik Reed made Dekoda Watson expendable. Broncos also pleased with 5th-round round OLB Justin Hollins. They are your backups to Von Miller, Bradley Chubb. #9sports

This is Logan’s 30th year on Broncos radio broadcast; 24th as play-by-play. So it will be 40 years; 34 as pbp after contract. #9sports

KOA announced a new 10-year contract with Dave Logan as Broncos play-by-play voice and talk show host. Ten-year deals unheard of in media business but Logan is worth every day of it. #9sports

Indeed. His play took a leap the precise moment Kerr was released.

So, what local companies have the cheese to name a Stadium? Which company do you guys think it is?
