Chad Patrick Kelly, 24, pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to second-degree trespassing in an enclosed property. He was initially charged with first-degree trespassing, but that charge was dismissed by the district attorney. As part of the plea agreement, he was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service.
