The amount of media circus that would follow for a backup QB is simply not worth it for any team.

Sloter has potential, I liked him while he was here. Why is he a better choice? The Vikings had a chance to keep him and moved on and no other team in the league has signed him to the active roster either.
That's because, despite all the Sloter Fan-Boys out there, Sloter was a pure backup, so teams will only use him until they feel they have a better backup and then they dump him. That's what happened. He will probably get another look in the NFL -- as a backup somewhere, on some team depleted by QB injury. But it won't be in Denver.

A team shouldn’t be referred to as a “who.” It’s an inanimate object even if it is made up of humans. It’s a collective. The “reality of what my team is” would be better grammar.

Although, you might use “who” if referring to the mascot, grammatically. In English (read: UK) grammar they do not. The Broncos, who lost the last three games.... Denver, which lost the last three games...

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Have we used the supplemental draft under Elway's tenure?

Sorry, I don't know how to imbed a FB video. This is a video of some Broncos opening their My Cause, My Cleats boxes. Really cool to see. My favorite is Mike Purcell(he's been a great surprise on the field) playing for Wounded Warriors.
