Thread: With the 10th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select...

We need 1 of the to 3 QBs reach or not. We need to make a effort to get lock, Haskins, or Jones. If not one of those 3 the only defensive option from a need and value perspective is CB and at 10 your looking at a guy like Deandre Baker from Georgia.....if we can’t get him I would get a top DL player like Oliver from Houston. Ultimately we need to come away with 2 rookie QBs this draft. Personally I would draft 2 and get one in UDFA...

And then draft one next year, until you get what you need.

I think you're scared for Denver to take a QB because you are more comfortable with mediocrity and not a big risk taker.

But you have to get a QB or you don't matter. That's the NFL. Embrace it. The QB from OSU is probably a first rounder.

And seriously consider this argument, because it is the winning the one: last year we could have traded up for any spot, including CLe, but count them out just for sake of argument. Two straight drafts in a row there's really no QB worth getting, especially this one where the teams head of us don't need one? Really? When in the entire history of the NFL has that ever been the case?

It never has been. Elway's main job is to find a QB. There is no rebuttal to that because that's what the game is predicated upon now. Two years in a row, no QB? Then he either can't find one unless it's PFM or someone as obvious as Luck.

It's time Elway goes back to being a killer. Right now with the coaches he seems to be interested in, and his recent approach to roster construction...he's not Elway. He's Lway.
