It was possibly the worst officiated game I’ve ever seen. That was a bad call too.

This was an awesome post, thanks for giving me some hope about the Broncos and their future!

The only good ref is Spikerman.

An official was fired this year after missing a blatant false start that led to a TD against the Browns. I would say that phantom OPI was just as egregious. No idea what they were looking at

I can pretty much guarantee that that official was not fired just because of that call. They may have had other issues with his performance. There were a few baffling calls in yesterday’s game, including at least one that worked in a Denver’s favor. While watching it live I thought there was a false start on the Broncos on Lindsay’s long TD that was missed. That doesn’t excuse the other ones. It was a bad day overall for the refs in that game.

I felt for the refs at the Pios/Falcons soccer game. Man, they made a stadium of enemies that afternoon. Probably like every soccer game everywhere.

    Yep, that tends to happen.

I thought I saw a false start on that play too.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.
