I'm pretty sure any good parent would jump to defense if somebody told you they hope your child dies in a car wreck. I get hating LeBron in general, but this is not a good reason to hate him. This is a good reason to recognize that he is a human being. I'd have more questions about his character if he just let somebody wish death upon his children.

What kind of POS human beings say that to another human being is the more important story here. Disgusting behavior.

The most disheartening part of this story is that so many people are so willing to defend such disgusting behavior because it aligns with their political biases and the political narratives they want to be true. Pretty sad tbh.

It should be noted that this hasnt been verified as what was actually said. Lebron said that it was vulgar language and hand gestures, he never mentioned anything about his son, etc.

Not me, if the girl actually said that she should be more than just removed from the game. She should be banned from the venue but again, its pure hearsay right now based on one guy's account which hasnt been verified by James. I said it to another guy on FB yesterday that its strange that Lebron wont even confirm what was said because if it meant that much to him at the time he should be exposing what they said to him so those two individuals dont get to return to any basketball game in the future.

I am just glad I am able to live my life with ethics that are distanced from whatever political thing is going on.

I'm chagrined to learn that "Bronny" is LeBron's son. I thought "Bronny" referred to LeBron himself. I don't follow LeBron's personal life and had no idea that was his son's name.

So, I'm more sympathetic than before.

Still, I'm supremely confident that worse has been said to lesser players who don't have the pull to get fans ejected. Fans say stuff every game that would get their ass beat in other venues.

Also no wonder this board is going to shit whenever you keep posting blatantly political things in non-political threads. Be better, Shane.

If we accept people saying such things to athletes in public venues, perhaps it would be good to normalize not letting people say those sorts of things anymore.

2. When you have morals and believe things are right and wrong, that should be true consistently. Do you have consistent morals and beliefs, or are they dependent on what aligns with your politics or who you want to piss off?
