About 20 years ago I knocked on some random door at 3 am thinking it was the party I just came from. When they answered the door I babble for a second and then asked them to call a cab for me.

This was clarified. 0 BAC is the default on the report. Apparently they didn't test for it at all. Why? No idea. Bizarre that they wouldn't unless it was obvious AF that he was intoxicated and the cops were cutting him some slack or something.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office says no alcohol breathalyzer test may have been performed because, “This is not an alcohol-based offense.” Court documents automatically default to show a BAC of 0.00 if no test is performed.

Probably not. This is still just trespassing. It was dumb, but he didn't hurt anyone. It is highly doubtful he gets hit by the league if the Broncos hit him first ala Larry Johnson with the Chiefs.

I have it on good authority that since he didn't murder anyone, this is no big deal...

There are many substances that can cause a player to do something like this both illegal and legal. There also was no actual test for alcohol so he very well could have been plastered, which is quite possible. The details from the woman, and the guy are so sketchy and contradictory that it doesn't make sense. To much unknown to make a judgement right now. Team should probably suspend him for a couple games to set a example to the locker room, but I feel the charges wont go far once the DA gets involved and hears the evidence. I would expect if he is charged its to a lesser offense and he gets some kind of probation and community service. Its a dumb mistake from a young NFL player, and there just isn't enough details to make a informed judgement at this time. In the current society environment, the innocent until proven guilty mantra needs to be held onto for dear life, no different for this situation.....

Sucks that we cut him, but it kinda seemed like this was coming given his extensive history of ugly issues in the past.
