I wonder if you guys will look more at DJ now? That would break my heart.

Chaz, if we don't sign Harper, should I be mad at the front office, or is that dodging a bullet?

You should be mad. The Dodgers are in a window, they're one of the biggest market teams in a game with no salary cap. There is no reason for them not to make a push for those big name guys.

Also look up the original "Who's on first" skit, ******* hillarious. My boy and I watch it about 3 times a year just for kicks.

I’m sorry but I hope so. I want him as our everyday 2B.

You shouldn’t be mad at the front office either way.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

We should be adding a lot of talent to close the gap with the A.L. elite. Just my opinion.

I will say this about Harper, he would not be caught dead saying something like "hustling just isn't my cup of tea". He has his faults but that dude absolutely lives and breathes baseball and gives it everything he has. I'd take him over Machado everyday of the week.

He is the superior player to Machado.

He's a superior person as well. Machado is flat out a bad guy. Harper can definitely be a douchebag at times, but nothing like Machado.

There's no room for a Talib in baseball?

The Dodgers made the World Series with a relatively young team. They’re good, even if they don’t get the biggest free agents on the market.

I would say Harper is kinda like Talib while Machado is like Vontaze Burfict.

DJ is a Yankee and the Phillies are expected to give Harper a record deal.
