I think if the tackles can really bear down for games 2-16 that would really open up some running lanes and keep the defenses guessing what else we might have in our bag of tricks so to speak

I thought both Freeman and Lindsey looked like they are: rookies with talent.

The offensive line hasnt gotten that kind of push in a long time and they are athletic enough to run ZBS.

Im upbeat after watching this first showing. I think if we keep working at it.....it can be real good especially when the passing is on.

I think the INTs are simply due to WR and QB being on same page. DT ran the wrong route imo.

Still, 330 plus yards in the air is more than enough to take pressure off run game.

My thoughts are that it's pretty badass.

Seattle has maybe 3 defenders who could start for us.

This just in as breaking news in the bay area.
The Raiders are flabby and out of shape.

The team rushed for over 140 yards into the teeth of a Seattle defense that features 8 defenders in the box. Joseph "it's hard to run against an 8 man box. We rushed for 146 yards."

Hard to argue that isn't a great success. We'll see against the Raiders, but I expect a heavy dose of running it down their throats now that they don't have Kalil Mack.

Within the first 8 weeks the Fader faithful are going to go from "Chucky's back and we're going to the SB!" to "We could wind up with 2 top 10 picks in the 2019 draft, if the Bears keep losing!"

BTW: The 146 yards included 4 yards on 2 carries by the awesome Devontee Booker!

Run the ball until the opposition's linebackers are walking scabs. Then you **** around with the playaction and hit the WR's. Then you score the TD. **** the Raiders' defense. I don't respect them or their parents!

I think it's time to promote Lindsay to RB1 on the depth chart.
