He played on some teams in Houston that were playoff teams.

I can't be mad at him - he was offered money that was life changing. He had to take it. He probably knew he wasn't shit and was carried in Minnesota.

Actually, i guess i got that backwards. But in Mahommes case Alex Smith was a competent QB. Elway sat but struggled early before showing what he got. How do you explain Manning and Wentz?
Manning: Was an elite QB in every aspect he could be except mobility, who was raised by a NFL QB. Arm strength, throwing accuracy, game preparation, pre-snap read accuracy, decision making under the gun, etc, not many have been better in just 1 or 2 of those areas.

Wentz: He was doing great before he got injured towards the end of last season. A lot of QBs have had a great season or 2, lets see what kind of a career he has before putting him in the same sentence as Manning.

Wentz had a good rookie season, became a MVP candidat, and had a solid first game back.

Due to not being able to watch the game, all I can do is compare what kind of stats other QBs put up against the Colts. Wentz's performance was run of the mill.

    Dalton vs. Colts: 21-28, 243 yards, 2 TD & 1 INTs http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/201809...alyze=boxscore
    Smith vs. Colts: 33-44, 292 yards, 0 TDs & 0 INTs http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/201809...alyze=boxscore
    Wentz vs. Colts: 25-37, 255 yards, 1 TD & 1 INT http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/201809...alyze=boxscore

Bottom line is a lot of the young QB's had actual vets in front of them even if Elway is the Outlier.

Wentz just came back off of ACL surgery...for a first game back that's a good start.

I need about 30 FF points from Brady to have a realistic shot at winning this weeks match up. Hopefully I can get that while the Patriots lose as a team

I can accept your compromise in theory, but in practice I hate your FF team.

1-4 for -1 yards passing after back-to-back 3 & out to start the game out isn't going get me my 30 FF points

My FF opponent, MO must be laughing at me right now

It just occured to me that the Lions' HC was the Patriots DC for the past several years, so the question of the familiarity advantage appears to be going his way vs. Brady so far.
