    Rosen could be a David Carr...all the stuff you need for success in a package, but lacking the line/team/coaching/grit/whatever to have a killer career. It happens. I like the kid personally.

    Isn't this what great QBs can overcome?

    Grit is what is in his head. Cutler had a lot of promise and showed grit at times, but couldn't get out of his own head. I see a lot of Cutler in Rosen. Same could be said for Ryan Leaf.

    Takes awhile to get great.

    The irony is that we will make excuses for TS and CK but someone in a worse situation we shit on. I think Zona might ruin the kid. I hope not. He’s a good kid.

    Seems like some QBs have a harder go of it than others.
