The Pats gave up 18.5 ppg last season which the same as the Broncos in 2015. So, their defense was also solid.

It does not always show up in the actual SB, but you need to consider the entire play off run.

Most times a bad defense will let a team down. Really, it has happened every time through out the history of football.

**** no I don't want Nick Foles. You don't want to pay for an outlier. That's not even what I said, or close to it. The Eagles had to beat the Falcs and almost lost because their offense was trash. Of course they needed some defense.

No one said defense isn't important. You keep making this a 'you can either have a defense or a QB and NO DEFENSE AT ALL'. That's not what did it. And yeah, the Patriots defense was solid, but it was a Brady and Gronk predicated team that was able to manufacture a pass rush after the Patriots got a LEAD.

Chiefs have no defense just like the Ravens didnt, Keenum would get sacked by the wind.

I would rather have a great QB and a solid defense than a great defense and either no QB or average QB play. Great defenses get you maybe one crack at a title. Seattle had an all-time defense and got two cracks at it. We've seen great QB's make deep title runs time after time after time.

And it's ultimately besides the point because even if our defense is good, it's not great and it can't carry this offense...again.

Poor Minny - they've been counting on their defense for three seasons now and after they get a QB the defense falls apart.

On the flip side, the Rams have the QB and the defense.

Good game, fun watching to young QB's go at it like that.

I know CK contributed to this, but through 3 games the Ravens defense is ranked 1st in the NFL.

Yes, CK sucks. Not sure how he was so successful last year.

Goff, in a half surpassed all of CK's TDs for the year. KC, in a game tied the amount of TDs CK has this year.

If CK was the QB of the Vikings they would have lose 56-0 and never been in it.
