Is Leslie the guy wearing #2? I thought he was pretty decent but understand we have a lot of depth at that position.

Nah. #19 I think. He might make a 53 somewhere.

No, 2 was Phillip Lindsay and he's a stone cold lock to make the team. The team has basically all but confirmed it. We have some depth at RB, but basically he's a beast on special teams and that earned him a roster spot.

Especially with Chapman and Leslie, getting cut this morning gives them a better chance at catching on with another team. That was often the way when teams had multiple cut-down days.

Also, it wouldn't surprise me if the team is working the phones to try and package Lynch in some sort of multi-player trade. Don't see anyone being interested in a straight "Lynch for a pick" type trade. Whatever Radio says about Lynch is irrelevant because the decision has nothing to do with him.

Then we need to have a second thread to discuss cuts then. People want to talk about this stuff and it's fair for us to want to have a discussion. I get where you are coming from, but you can't expect people to just stop having a discussion to make it more convenient.

If it's going to happen, ok, but there needs to be a seperate place where this information can be discussed.

DL DeShawn Williams among Broncos cuts, per source. Coaching staff was high on him during offseason. But DL group hard to crack. #9sports

I wonder how many of the cuts they'll try to get done today?

I think they all need done by early tomorrow. Denver has historically been an early bird when it comes to cuts. I expect us to be at 53 or pretty darn close to 53 by end of day.
