Vance Joseph on Paxton Lynch getting booed when Lynch entered game in 3rd quarter: "I feel bad for Paxton, but our fans want to win, that's what it's about, it's about passion ... but he has to ignore it and go play, it's professional football, no one's going to hold your hand.''

Broncos coach Vance Joseph on whether or not the Broncos will still consider signing a veteran quarterback as a backup to Case Keenum: "Right now (Chad Kelly) is our guy. I can't speak for two weeks down the road here. But right now he's our backup quarterback.'

After Saturday night's preseason loss to the Chicago Bears, Broncos coach Vance Joseph said team's injuries in the game were: S Will Parks (left knee contusion, no "structural damage'), RB De'Angelo Henderson (lower back), CB Marcus Rios (leg) and DE Clinton McDonald (biceps).
Welp, Joseph isnt wrong here.Vance Joseph on Paxton Lynch getting booed when Lynch entered game in 3rd quarter: "I feel bad for Paxton, but our fans want to win, that's what it's about, it's about passion ... but he has to ignore it and go play, it's professional football, no one's going to hold your hand.''
Well, so is Paxton Lynch at this point in his career. If Paxton wants the booing to stop, all he has to do is start demonstrating some skill. He has made no real progress since being here, and he actually seems completely disconnected from his teammates. Elway ought to just cut the guy right now, because it's a waste of a roster spot that a real player could have.
I love Lindsay and Kelly.

Chad is really playing well and seems to be growing weekly. I’m impressed. I’m in the third quarter of the game right now, and I’m thinking John might wind up not bringing in a vet backup, maybe try and get a project on the practice squad.
Anyhow, Chad is impressive, we haven’t seen his ceiling yet. Starting O looked much better after the first series, run D looked better. Lindsay, holy shit, dude needs to be on the team. We’ve got a lot more dangerous folks on offense right now than we’ve had in some time.
Ike Mckenzie needs to be gone. Get rid of him. He is a fumbling machine
