Like Lynch wouldn't love that phone call. Elway could never eat that ass.

So yeah. The great Kyle Shanahan has the same win-loss record as Vance Joseph. So...

I'm thinking a college dude. Or a pro dude with strong college roots. Feels like massive innovation is the next step in the pro game. Take these spread O-linemen from college and build your pro game that way.

I love this. Problem I see with this philosophy is pulling a guy like Lincoln Riley away from Oklahoma. The top college coaches are making the same, or more, than the pros.

He won’t do it but I really would love to see Peyton as our OC. I feel like he could eventually become a HC one day. The dude knows the Xs and Os so well that it’s hard to imagine he would be a bad coach. He wants to be an owner...fine...but he is missing out on adding to his legacy. He belongs on the sidelines

Teams lose, the NFL is competitive. Tough break with Jimmy g.

But it's how they lose. And the refusal to adapt. Keenum threw the ball 50 times a week after throwing the ball in the fourth quarter and losing as a result.

I can handle losing, but the manner in which you lose is significant in assessing coaches.

But SF has lost its starting QB and RB. While their secondary is banged up. Denver has been pretty healthy.

You can longer trade for coaches.

Elway has given VJ two bad quarterbacks and a couple of bad drafts (not this one). VJ has excuses too.

Having watched both teams this year, SF has coaching staff that has plan and is executing it. Remember SF was consider a team that most thought would take 3 to 4 years to turn over, Denver was consider a team ready to win,.

Yea, hard to be do down on Shanahan at this point because of the issues with the roster.

I hope Tomlin gets fired by Pitt and comes to Denver.
