Dogfish mentioned a couple of guys above - Pederson and Nagy. It seems like these guys have learned something from Reid, they're innovative and aggressive. I can't say for sure it's because of that "tree" but I'd rather one of those guys than another failed Belichick disciple.

    Pederson and Nagny recently.

Bears DC Vic Fangio should get a strong look at. Proving record of producing top performing units, experienced and well liked by the players. Then pull in a hot position coach to be the OC.

If we had to go defensive based I guess this would be solid.

There were no reports the Ravens would fire Harbaugh. The report was a mutually parting of ways at season’s end.

I don't understand the allure of Lincoln Riley. Like yeah, he might be a good NFL head coach, but he's only been a HC for 2 years. What has he done that's so special?

None of those names jump out to me as being great options.

Though I see former Husker QB Zac Taylor on that list which is interesting.

Dynamic. Seemed to prepare Mayfield well.

    Has style.

    Offense based.

They just offered him an extension, but it hasn't been signed yet. (Per Sandy Clough - 104.3 The Fan

My choice would be Ron Rivera if they fire him outta Carolina after another disappointing season (6-10 after they inevitably lose at New Orleans next Sunday).

Reports are that Rivera is staying:

OC candidate, has ties to DeFilippo.
