Yes, that is what is needed, or at the very least an old school coach that is willing to change with the times. I am waving the white flag on it. The NFL wants more offense. They are getting it and the BIG 12 offenses are what we are getting. Tom Brady acknowleged it.
Interview yesterday and at :44 he says how the game is clearly different.
That is what is needed here. Hell, perhaps even Paxton Lynch could have done something in an offense like that. Who knows?
But lets look at Andy Reid and his clear willingness to change his paradigm. He, came out of the west coast offense school.
Well, he has changed.
trippy tomlin can't get it done with a franchise QB and a stacked roster, including one of the best O-lines in the league. . . what exactly is he supposed to do here?
Oh man, I would love McDaniels
forget the past
He's older, wiser and would have less power
I think McDaniels would have been more successful the first time around if Bowlen had put him in his place when he wanted to be GM in addition to HC. After living through that shitstorm and losing our status as the ONLY NFL team to have never lost more than 11 games, I cannot condone his return.
McD would be a strict upgrade over our current situation.

I could have signed off on this if not for the Indianapolis Fiasco. You just can't trust the guy. I mean how self-absorbed you have to be to go all the way through the process and even have part of your staff assembled and then back out the day of the press conference.
McD's biggest issue is that he torpedoed our roster. Now he could focus on coaching while Elway runs the roster into the ground.
