Yeah, I read your post. The entirety of my post wasn't a reply to you specifically. I was re-iterating my opinion that the called penalty was excessive.

I just read where the NFL admitted the blew the penalty. It should not have been a major. I have no idea why this makes me feel better, but it does.

Yep, and much like the no-PI call in the NFC Championship game, this overreach by the ref calling a major and game changed the course of the playoffs completely. At least in the West.

Love Brad Marchand. Love the way he creates space.

    Plus, screw all things Atkinson.

This Stars/Blues series is pretty intense. Some good teams in the west, whoever emerges from this gauntlet will have been combat seasoned and ready.

There's an article on NHL.com this morning about Pavelski and even he said that he didn't think that a major and a game misconduct was the right call.

Hopefully it becomes a non issue because we win tonight and take them down in their house on game 7.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Should really be a non issue anyway in my opinion. You just cant give up 3 or so goals like that, it was just a total collapse by their opponent. But yea, i have the Avs can close it out.
