Yea, i dont understand the flag here either. He did it to the crowd and not to the opposing players directly. Furthermore, on the 2 pt conversion the QB was flagged but i didnt see anything to justify that call either, it just kind of sounds like Texas is full of snowflakes or something.

Can’t acknowledge or “incite” the fans in the stands, either. College players have to be careful how much they celebrate with home fans too.
