    Chad Kelly is decisive. He'll make the wrong decisions sometimes, but it's nice to see a quarterback commit to something and follow through.

    I don’t know what the practices have been like, but Kelly is impressing me right now. He’s clearly better than Lynch, who still looks utterly clueless. Get Kelly some second team reps and see how he does

    Yep. Quick release at times, like in this first series on a shotgun pass, caught it and released in one smooth motion.

    As I type this, he hung in waiting for Lindsey to come open and made a great throw.

    It's like watching a short, stocky Siemian. I like it.
