I think he wants a front office gig. Monday Night Football went after him, and offered him at least what Witten got ($4-4.5 million), but he turned them down. Manning is likely to sit out another year, while just floating around front offices/clubhouses until the next set of jobs open up next year.

Seriously? People are worried about this? One of the classiest to ever play the game is going to reveal the location of Thunder's secret hideout? Maybe he just like me enjoys Carr and Mariotta and wants to make full use of his access.
