I think his arm is NFL level. I am probably a bad source for that information, though, because I obviously like the kid.
It's every bit as strong as this year's, and last year's, Broncos quarterbacks.

I love UW (probably my second favorite college team), and Browning is a very good college QB, but I don’t see an NFL arm. I see a good back up at the next level.
