Jaded loves white chocolate!
This thread is a little “did you know “ about two of Jaded’s favorite players.
Matt Paradis is from Council, Idaho and Leighton Vander Esch is from Riggins, Idaho.
This is significant because both towns are very rural with less than 1000 people each, and both are several hours from any semblance of a metropolitan area.
Council is a small farming and ranching community approximately one hour west of McCall, ID.
Riggins is a town whose primary source of income is the river which flows throw the center of town. During the winter this town is largely dormant, but in the summer time it’s a thriving area for white water rafting. It’s also a seasonal hot spot for salmon fishing. Riggins is approximately 1 hour north of McCall, and Riggins and Council are within an hour of each other.
Both Paradis and Vander E. played 8 man football and were walkons at Boise St.
