    Default Broncos 2018 Draftday(s) Thread: 04/26-04/28

    Round 1, No. 5
    Round 2, No. 40
    Round 3, No. 71
    Round 3, No. 99 (compensatory)
    Round 4, No. 106
Round 4, No. 113 (from Redskins)
Round 5, No. 149 (from Redskins)
Round 5, No. 160 (from Rams)

    Who will they take?
More importantly who here will get really excited about an UFA rookie only to forget about him 3 days later?

    Go Broncos!

I’m hitting the road at 0700 tomorrow to head for Jerry World.

If both Chubb and Saquon are gone by number 5, that means there will be 2 of the top 4 QBs left.

Now if you're a team looking to trade up, you might now think you don't have to give Denver a cache of picks to get at least one of the 2 guys left over.......which is why

Denver should take the top QB left on their board no matter what. Then teams that thought they were smart will get desperate.

Denver could still sell the pick to the highest bidder.

Also.....Im sure no one has forgotten.....especially Buffalo......that Denver has one ChaD "DOO RAG" Kelly on our roster. If Buffalo is left out in the cold.....it is what it is.

If Cleveland takes Baker....which I think theres a good chance.....then that probably means Allen is there at 5 and Buffalo creams themselves, giving up the house to get him.

    Very interesting draft.

If Denver takes any other player at 5 other than Saquon, Chubb or one of the QBs, then I would say Elway screwed up.

Nelson is not a sure thing any more than one of the QBs, so if youre going to swing, swing with the most valuable player on the board.

Saquon I think is a trade up prospect for Elway but he wont get a bite. Barkley is not only a stud.....he's a 6' stud that does it all.

Happy birthday War. As usual we will both be spending our birthdays on one of our annual highlights. It's hilarious I told my ex-wife I was busy this weekend and she knew immediately what I was talking about even though we haven't been married for years

Whatever happens then at least we won't be waiting for long and the rest of the 1st round will be us wondering if Denver will try and trade back into the 1st for someone.

This should be a fun draft no matter what, unless we pick Rosen at 5. Then that will suck.

Drafting Rosen would be glorious. But there are other picks of glory, too.

I officially want us to trade back, get 2 first round picks, and draft an OL + Lamar Jackson.

    Make it happen dudes.

Id rather have a first next year from Buffalo, Miami or Arizona in a trade down.

We could end up with the first pick in the draft.

Hides behind the couch. ...I don't have an ounce of confidence in any of these qb's.

    There, I said it.
