If he signed the same contract with the Browns nobody here would be lamenting the “bad luck”, not one person, so let’s not pretend that since he signed with Denver that he’s not Case Keenum.

— CK is a franchise QB.
— Kubiak and VJ know CK better than Minnesota.
— Diggs and Rudolph were nothing before CK.
— The 8 of the last 9 games of CK’s career far outweigh the first 6 vagabond/uneventful seasons.
— The Broncos could get something in trade for CK.
— The fact that Vikings never considered him a starter means nothing.
— Backup Physical talent and skill set is meaningless.
— OJ is innocent.
— Up is down.

Keenum was without a doubt #2 FA QB. He really developed well and came out last season. Was is interesting is how well he grasped the offense and how he did with a stable franchise and team for once. I def preferred cousins but hard to imagine who else would woukd have had to cut for him.

Here's hoping he does well.

P*triots, Raiders or Phins is my guess. Maybe 49ers, or Jets.

Brock - second round talent, nice arm, not a great prospect.

TS - will be out of the league soon, weak arm, no intangibles, not a smart player, tough though.

Paxton Lynch - Legitimate talent, stupid, probably lazy.

Case Keenum - career backup, backup level talent, not a guy ever shown to carry teams.

I don't know why Elway refuses to either trade up for a legitimate and complete prospect, or to spend the money in FA to actually nab a legitimate QB. Ugh.
