    Yup, he is.

Funny how the first 6 seasons of CK’s career doesn’t mean shit but Hackenberg’s fate is sealed.

I’m not burdened by such “logic”, I’m a whore for talent.

I would trade 10 CK’s for Hackenburg, then cut Hackenburg.

I had a nice chuckle at this...

I'm convinced we're taking a QB or trading back.

If I'm honest - I would be most excited if we ended up with Chubb or Barkley... But I think they go at #2 and #4 respectively.

I don't think JFE wants to take a guard this high - and the amount of due diligence they've done on these QBs feels like more than a smoke screen.

I think if Mayfield is there it's a done deal. If he's not - we might trade back and take a LB, DB or WR. I don't believe we'll take Nelson at #5.

Kubaik loves him some mayfield. So if he is there then it may happen. Otherwise, yes it looks like we are going to move back. I still think buffalo. The rumors about buffalo and shady mccoy are interesting. We take 12/22 shady and a pick???? The colts want to move down again, maybe we move back up with the colts? The broncos really want to solidify the line and boost the run game.

I also think elway does not want to take a QB if he fires VJ...Then a new HC may want a new QB...I also think they want to see what they have with Kelly, who I personally do like quite a bit. I like him more than Darnold.....So I think you are right. We do not go QB unless Mayfield is there and we cannot get some sweet ass deal. The jets will take Mayfield anyway.

I am more and more convinced we move down a bit. I know we love Ron Jones. He is a mid/late first rd guy. 12 we go Nelson or DB or whatever. 22 go Jones the RB. Use our 2nd on the LB they like. This seems more and more like the plan.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

How is that this team can win 8 games but last year’s couldn’t?

It's not that the first six years don't count but it was ideal situation either. I don't see him as long term solution. I will give him credit for taking advantage of an opportunity in Minnesota and playing well, not great but good. Signing him means the Broncos don't have to quarterback at the top of the draft unless their guy is there. Btw the way that would be Josh Allen for all you hate freaks. So suck it!!!!

Softer schedule, CK being (presumably) better than pure dog shit. Presumably better play from the line.

I’ll be really happy on draft day if we draft any of these guys at #5 Nelson, Chubb, Ward, Barkley or trade back to get more picks.

I might break my tv if they take Ward.

It wouldn't bother me one bit. Pass rushers and corners who can play press coverage are high demand. You can never have enough of them.

His anger would come from losing a stud CB...just to draft another one early

Exactly. To me great pass rushers have more value than great corners.
