DIA. I was actually heading to a new job - 1st day - for an Ohio company, I wasn't moving there, as I was home officing. Was supposed to meet with ownership and sign all the papers, etc.
I was listening to 104.3 on the radio, and took a quick glance west to look at the mountains. A GD taxi cut in front of me and stopped. I wasn't going all that fast due to traffic, but the way our bumpers lined up spelled doom for the Suzuki. It wasn't worth all that much, so even though the damage was fairly limited the insurance company totaled it.
RIP. It was a fun car to drive and honestly, a beast in the snow. The picture above was during that massive storm a few years ago. I had run out of beer, and needed to get to the store. I was literally the only one on the roads, and that's when I pulled the Ford out of its stuckness. Or suckness. Same thing.
