Default Trick for those who can't pee in public due to anxiety

In the last 2 weeks I went from can't being able to piss in public, to not even being able to piss at work (in the women's bathroom...with no women working in the building at 4 AM in the morning).

I went to the doctor and they checked out my junk and stuck a finger up my butt and nothing wrong, they said to stop taking antihistamines and sleeping pills which I did. Every thing fine at home, pee whenever I want, but when I get to work it is another story. I end up holding it for 7 hours.

    BUT A BREAKTHROUGH TONIGHT!

I standing in front of the toilet and I take a deep breath and then exhale about 75% of it and then pinch my nose and hold my breath for 40 seconds at a time, take a 15 second break and repeat. And by the 3rd or 4th round I was peeing. I don't want to to take this flomax shit the doctor gave me so I hope this continues to work.

Piece of cake, just buy some of those male catheters they advertise on TV. They're pre-lubricated, so should be easy, breezy.

I had hernia surgery many moons ago and I wasn't allowed to leave the hospital until I took a leak. I waited for two frustrating hours but then came up with an unusual idea. I ran the hot water in the sink to as hot as I can take it without burning. I put some in a cup and poured it slowly over the tip of my monster. Seconds later, the sensation made me go.

Or you can drink a bottle of water immediately followed by a cup of coffee. Caffeine makes you pee.

peeing in the house, but no where else is 100% a psychological issue - any dr that prescribes medication for that is part of the problem.

Yes, i stayed in a holiday inn last night.

    Did i do that right?

    First off, great thread sneak.

Secondly, can you tell us more about how you are able to use the womens bathroom at work? Did you make some sort of deal, or is this purely a liberty you take when no one is looking?

Maybe you wouldn't have so much anxiety if you were peeing the men's room?

I'm worried that in the near future, Sneakers will be found passed out in a puddle of urine in the floor of the Women's restroom at his work, and management won't understand the complex treatment regimen for his affliction.

If there's a smile on his face, it's not his urine.

Tried everywhere, I mostly pee in the mens because I don't want to make a mess on accident, but poo in the womens, but everything is interchangeable.

2 days in a row I have been able to pee at work without incident using the holding your breath method

This song reminds me of the word anxiety. The reason is that the first four letters of the song, actually all the letters of the song, are A N X I. And when you look at the word anxiety, it also has those letters, but in kind of a different order.

Anyways, it made me think of you, so here you go.,
