okay, start it up. . .

da bears will let OG josh sitton walk

The Chicago Bears are declining to pick up Sitton's $8 million contract option for next season, sources informed of the situation told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

He's set to become a free agent when the new league year starts March 14.

bucs release RB doug martin and DT chris baker

Doug Martin's days in Tampa Bay are over.

The Buccaneers released the running back on Tuesday.

Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times first reported the move. The team later announced they released Martin.

The move to cut Martin doesn't come as a surprise after he failed to rush for 450 yards for the second straight season. Tampa will save $6.75 million on the salary cap by releasing the running back. In addition to Martin, the Buccaneers also cut defensive tackle Chris Baker.
it could be worth kicking baker's tires if the price is right-- especially if we're concerned about wolfe's health. . .

    texans release LB brian cushing

The Texans informed Cushing, the team's all-time leading tackler, they are moving on from him, the team confirmed Tuesday.

The Houston Chronicle's John McClain first reported the news.

The impending cut is not a surprising one (No. 7 on Gregg Rosenthal's potential AFC cut candidates earlier this week). The linebacker was suspended 10 games this past season for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances for the second time in his career.

Heard the panthers OG will be cut too
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Dolphins franchising Jarvis Landry. They would be interesting with good QB play. What are they doing with Tannehill and his contract?

hard to say at this point-- but if they're as high on him as they said they were, then they'll want to get another look at him in gase's system. . . obviously, we'll find out pretty soon here, because they'll have plenty of options if they do want to bring in significant competition. . .

I heard they have a big hard on for Lamar Jackson.....ehem, for that one qb. The 6’3 guy who is fast as lightning and as good/ better thrower than Vick

    No.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I would love to have an aid. Maybe they could perform basic vehicle maintenance for me, and maybe even some remodeling projects on my home so I can focus on my PlayStation skills.
