Yes and no. yes, because vets will ask for the same, but no because it is so rare that a QB of Cousins caliber is ever available in free agency. So, a 32, 33, 34 year old vet wont have quite the same leverage.

Not sure that is totally fair about LAST year. Last year he was second only to Brees in completion percentage, which to me is pretty important. He isn't a top 5 QB, I don't think he is as good as Cousins, but I think he was certainly better than average.
