    Jaded.

I see why you say it’s Brutal. There’s one move in that mocking draft I’m certain you’re VERY unhappy about

Cousins? The white QB in the 6th?

I won’t tell you because you showed no appreciation for the term “mocking draft”.

Take a run at Pugh in FA. He can play most positions.

    Take a first round QB.

Cut Talib, CJA, ES, trade Von Miller, DT, TS, and Stewart.

    Rebuild the team.

Look, I'd have to change my name (again) but it's time to blow it up. SB's take tolls on your roster. I've come to grips with it - it's time to knock down this building and start anew!

I disagree. We have a good base to build a top 5 type defense blowing that up is asinine IMHO. We just need to fix the OL (get a real NFL calibur LT and move Garret Holds to RT, and nab a legit NFL G) and hit on a QB whether that's Cousins or drafting a guy. I prefer to draft a guy, would do backdrops if we landed Rosen somehow. And we need to get a legit HC, Joseph is a clown and needs to be gone.

    2019 baby. SB 54 Champs!

Von is only 28. You don’t trade a HOF talent in the prime of his career.

We have two youngish good corners, one great pass rusher. Our LB's outside of the pass rushers are bland. Our defensive line is bad. Our best DL player isn't reliable. We're still soft up the middle and need to find the long term NT.

    That's an aging nucleus.

I thought that we would be a contender with Cousins. I don't think that to be the case anymore.

Because we should be able to be competitive again in his prime. Because you don’t trade a great player for potential. Because you want people to still show up for games. Because you don’t want Dove Valley burned to the ground.

Aside from that you know there is ZERO chance he gets traded this year.

His prime is two to three more years, and it will probably take that long to rebuild an actual contender past maybe a WC team. You move on early from guys not for the potential for one player, but for multiple players while resetting the cap and giving yourself flexibility to totally rebuild. People in Denver will still go to games.

Valley of Doves isn't getting burned to the ground.
