I don't eat it very much any more (I miss you bacon!) but when I do, I bake it.

I always seemed to over cook when frying in a pan. i like my bacon to be slightly crispy, with just a little bit of chew to it. Dark brown really crunchy bacon isn't my thing.

I haven't made bacon in years, but I used to pan fry it.

I believe if I were to make some bacon today, I would bake it.

Pan fried. Has to be a cold pan. I modulate the temperature making sure it gets up to high for at least a small bit, but spend longer at the end on med-low.

If you are cooking a large amount of bacon it is definitely the way to go. You can't even make a good argument for another method if dealing with large quantities.

It's the superior way to make bacon and is the only method I will use.

iVE NEVer even heard of baking bacon. I want to try it.

I do not make bacon often but when I do its in a pan on the stove. I will say the last bacon I made was candied bacon and that was baked in the oven, but I had to microwave the bacon initially so I am not sure that counts as a full on baking.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Well luckily I'm not a cafeteria chef - I generally am responsible for feeding only myself.

follow this but put a rack over the foiled cookie sheet so the fat drips down and the bacon is not lying in it

****ing savages baking their bacon. Frying is just the only legitimate way to make bacon.

I find the easiest way is to say, "hey ____, make me some bacon."
